Today we are going to be discussing the current market conditions in Southern New Hampshire. Currently, we have shifted from a buyer's market to a seller's market. Our inventory is very low, much lower than it was a year ago, and listings are at a premium.
Due to low inventory, there is pressure on prices and the market is responding by getting homes sold more quickly than a year ago, and we're seeing multiple offers on many homes.

For buyers, we are still in a market that is favorable to interest rates. You can still get fixed rates in the 3-4% range, and affordability has never been better!
